My poem SAVED BY WINNIE THE POOH just went live today in the awesome lit mag, The Daily Drunk! The fabulous editor, Shawn Berman, always does such an amazing job of illustrating my poems. Love this illustration too. Perfect! Believe it or not, the subject of this poem is a true story. Enjoy!

My Flash Fiction Story "Zinnias" Featured in "The Sparrow's Trombone"

What a fabulous surprise! Not only was this story accepted by the awesome literary magazine  The Sparrow's Trombone  a few hours after I submitted it, but it went live less than an hour after that. Wow, right?  This is such a fun magazine! The editor, Jeremy, is a joy to deal with. Such a kind heart!  The magazine is devoted to the surreal and magical realism. I don't write in that genre very often, but I did with this story. And I had great fun doing so.  Enjoy this story. No, it's not what it seems.
