My Microfiction Stories "Consciousness" and "The Question" Featured in "The Birdseed"

Last night the second issue of The Birdseed went live, and I'm blessed to have two microfiction stories in this one: CONSCIOUSNESS and THE QUESTION.  I love this literary magazine!! I love it because the editor, Courtney, is just the sweetest soul on the planet. I love it because it's so lovingly and beautifully designed. You'll see when you click on the link. It's very clean and fresh. It almost has a Zen feel to it. And I love it because it's a microfiction magazine with only one rule. No story in it can be more than 150 words. And you know how much I LOVE that kind of writing challenge!! Enjoy these little stories and happy reading... Consciousness / The Question – The Birdseed (the-birdseed.com)

My Flash Fiction Story "I Pledge Allegiance to Led Zeppelin" Featured in "The Daily Drunk"

Are you ready for one of my humorous stories? My flash fiction story I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO LED ZEPPELIN just went live in The Daily Drunk literary magazine.  Don't you love the illustration the editor used? Once again, it is perfect! Gotta love those old Zep album covers and the Peter Max style of illustration back in the day. So many good memories.  Yes, I'm a Zep fan. Always have been, always will be. Enjoy this story!   I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO LED ZEPPELIN (dailydrunkmag.com)

My Micro Fiction Story "Voices" Featured in "Punk Noir Magazine"

What a wonderful surprise!! Instead of my micro fiction story VOICES appearing in the fabulous Punk Noir Magazine next week, the editor, Stephen Gold, decided to surprise me and publish it today. Wow! No wonder I adore him so much. And it's n o wonder Stephen is one of my favorite editors, and Punk Noir Magazine is one of my favorite literary magazines. This story is a little different. It's empowering like all my stories, but rather intense, because it’s about a woman in an abusive relationship suffering from chronic PTSD and how a person has to move through that process toward healing. Enjoy! Voices by Laura Stamps – Punk Noir Magazine

My Flash Fiction Story "The Miraculous Medal" Featured in the "Agape Review"

My flash fiction story THE MIRACULOUS MEDAL just appeared in the Agape Review .  What a fabulous surprise to come back to my office this afternoon and find not only the acceptance email but that it had already been published in this beautiful literary journal. And don't you love the way the editors illustrated it? The image of the Miraculous Medal is perfect!  Enjoy this story. It's one of my favorites! The Miraculous Medal – Agape Review
